1. Refunds & Cancellations

1.1 Cancellation Process:
To cancel your services, you must submit a cancellation request via our billing area. Additionally, you are responsible for manually canceling any active PayPal subscriptions created during your service order. We do not have access to deduct funds from your PayPal account and will not be held liable for automated payments made through a subscription.

1.2 Refund Requests:
If you choose to cancel your server through the control panel, you must explicitly state in the "cancellation reason" field that you are requesting a refund. Without this information in the cancellation request, we will be unable to process a refund at a later time.

1.3 Refund Policy:
We offer a 48-hour refund policy. Refunds are granted only for valid reasons within this time frame. Once the 48-hour window has passed, we cannot issue a refund.

1.3.1 Non-Refundable Items:
Dedicated servers are not eligible for refunds.

1.4 Late Fees:
Late fees will be applied to services that are overdue by three consecutive days.

1.5 Service Termination Due to Non-Payment:
Failure to make payment within seven days of the invoice due date will result in the termination of the associated service.

1.6 Chargebacks:
Any chargebacks or reversed transactions will result in immediate account termination.

1.7 Non-Refundable Items:
Add-ons and payments made through cryptocurrency are non-refundable.

1.8 Refund Limitation:
Clients are eligible for only one refund per six-month period.


2. Accounts

2.1 Account Termination:
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate any of the terms outlined here.

2.2 Valid Email Requirement:
To register on our site, you must provide a valid, unique email address. Use of a fake or invalid email address will result in account termination.

2.3 Service Ownership:
When you purchase a service from Skylink Hosting, you are renting the service. All services remain the property of Skylink Hosting LLC.


3. Legal Obligations

3.1 Hosting Content:
We do not assume any responsibility for the content you choose to host on our servers.

3.2 Prohibited Content:
You may not use our services to host or distribute adult content, illegal materials, or engage in unlawful activities.

3.3 Service Termination:
Your service may be terminated at any time and for any reason at our discretion.


4. Liability

4.1 Force Majeure:
Skylink Hosting will not be held liable for delays or failures in service performance caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, government actions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

4.2 Modifications to Terms:
Skylink Hosting reserves the right to modify fees, terms, special offers, or any other aspects of our services at any time, provided there is a valid reason.

4.3 Service Issues & Data Loss:
While we strive to provide high-quality service, issues such as performance degradation, data corruption, data loss, and lag may occur due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for these issues but will make reasonable efforts to assist. Clients are encouraged to back up their data through the management panel, as we provide downloadable backups that can be restored at any time.


5. Services

5.1 Service Limitations:
All services are subject to the limitations of the underlying software and physical hardware.

5.2 Exploitation of Services:
We cannot guarantee the site is free from exploits. Any user found exploiting vulnerabilities within Skylink Hosting services will have their account permanently terminated.

5.3 Content Modifications:
We reserve the right to modify or update any content or information provided on our site at any time.

5.4 Denial of Service Attacks:
If your server is repeatedly targeted by large-scale denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks that disrupt the services of other users, Skylink Hosting reserves the right to disable or terminate your service.


6. VPS, VDS & Dedicated Services

6.1 Data Responsibility:
We are not responsible for any content stored or managed on your server.

6.2 Illegal Content:
If any illegal content is detected on your service, it will be immediately terminated without prior notice or refund.

6.3 Prohibited Attacks:
Launching DDoS or similar attacks from our services is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to be participating in such activities, their account will be suspended for investigation, and may be terminated without a refund depending on the outcome.


By using Skylink Hosting's services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
